New Business Development Manager for CMS Limited

Corporate Mailing Solutions Limited is delighted to announce the appointment of Robert West as their new Business Development Manager.

Robert brings 25 years experience in the facilities services industry, as well as a penchant for problem solving, one of the qualities that spurred CMS to get him on board.

Managing director Ian Haughton says, "We pride ourselves on two main things: providing a truly personal service to our customers; and offering a bespoke solution to their problems. Our customers look to us to make their lives easier, and their businesses run more smoothly. With Rob's project management and intensely customer orientated background, this will be a breeze."

Robert's major accomplishments in previous roles included the implementation of a full secure digital department for the production of confidential data; and as an Account Manager for Océ UK Ltd he implemented, managed and increased the profitability of several key accounts including Harrods and Visa International.

And when London-born Robert isn't solving problems for his customers, he may be spotted whizzing through the Essex countryside on his mountain bike, usually in training for one of his charity rides through far-flung destinations like Iceland. And then it's out of the saddle and onto the practice tee where he spends hours working on that handicap that he'd rather not mention!
